Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily business activities and ensure operational efficiency. Support marketing activities and promote the company’s products and services. Process and coordinate sales orders from order placement to fulfilment. Liaise with customers to ensure excellent service and timely delivery. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Coordinate laundry pick-up and drop-off operations. Prepare basic operational, sales, and inventory reports. Coordinate with vendors, riders, and other service providers where necessary. Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions. Requirements: Strong communication and customer-service skills. Good organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Experience: in laundry, retail, e-commerce, or a similar business is an added advantage. 1 – 2 years’ experience: in operations, sales, inventory, customer service, or a related role.
