The Dispatch Rider will mainly be responsible for the safe, secure, and timely delivery of packages, documents, and goods to various locations across the city. You will act as the face of our company to clients, ensuring that every delivery is handled with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Execute Deliveries: Pick up and deliver items to designated locations promptly. Route Planning: Map out the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and save fuel. Package Care: Ensure all items are securely loaded, transported, and delivered without damage. Documentation: Obtain accurate signatures, names, or digital delivery confirmations upon drop-off. Bike Maintenance: Conduct daily checks on the motorcycle (oil, brakes, tires) and report any faults immediately. Customer Service: Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional attitude with all clients and recipients. Requirements: License & Registration: Valid rider's license and up-to-date rider permits.
