Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive team. Coordinate with suppliers and the on deliveries, pricing, and product updates. Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure cost control across store operations. Supervise and coordinate the work flow and staff Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field with a minimum of 2 years proven experience: as a Store Operations Executive in a retail store. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
