Core Responsibilities: External Representation: Acting as the primary deputy in meetings with local authorities, communities, and key partners when the MD is unavailable. Financial & Budgetary Control: Overseeing budget preparation, fund raising, optimizing expenses, and managing financial reporting to ensure project profitability.
