The driver will operate hotel vehicles responsibly, maintain the vehicle in good condition, and ensure timely transportation while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Transport guests to business meetings, tourist attractions, restaurants, and other locations as assigned. Perform other duties assigned by the Hotel Manager or Operations Supervisor. Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and respectful service at all times. Report vehicle faults, accidents, damages, or maintenance requirements: promptly to management. Plan routes efficiently to ensure punctual arrival and departure. Assist the hotel team with transportation-related duties as required. Ensure hotel vehicles are securely parked when not in use. Provide airport pickup and drop-off services for guests when required. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage when necessary. Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance. Safely transport hotel guests, staff, and management to designated destinations. Keep hotel vehicles clean, presentable, and in good operating condition. Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and hotel transportation policies. Maintain confidentiality regarding hotel guests and their activities. Conduct daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and other essential components.
