We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Factory Admin Officer Location: Sagamu, Ogun Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The ideal candidate should have practical experience: in factory or manufacturing administration, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment and coordinate activities across Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, HSE, HR, and other factory functions. The role will coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, facility management, documentation, staff welfare, logistics support, and general office services within the factory. The Factory Admin Officer is responsible for providing effective administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the factory. Key Responsibilities: Monitor service providers and ensure agreed services are delivered satisfactorily and within approved requirements. Support the administration of factory attendance, staff movements, visitors, contractors, and access control. Coordinate staff welfare activities, refreshments, accommodation, transportation, and other administrative arrangements as required. Support the Factory Manager and other departments with administrative requirements: and follow-up on Management directives. Ensure timely implementation and follow-up of approved Management instructions relating to factory administration. Coordinate official correspondence and communication between the factory and Head Office. Prepare periodic administrative reports and provide updates on outstanding factory administrative matters. Coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the factory and ensure smooth office and operational support. Support procurement and replenishment of administrative and facility-related materials in accordance with approved procedures. Maintain records of company assets, administrative equipment, and other items assigned to the factory. Coordinate factory facility management, including cleanliness, utilities, office supplies, maintenance requests, security, and general workplace conditions. Liaise with vendors, service providers, contractors, and other external parties on administrative and facility-related matters. Monitor the availability and proper use of office and factory administrative supplies. Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by Management. Assist with arrangements for meetings, inspections, audits, Management visits, training sessions, and other factory events. Maintain accurate and organized administrative records, files, registers, correspondence, and factory documentation. Identify administrative gaps and recommend practical measures to improve factory efficiency and employee welfare. Support compliance with Company policies, procedures, HSE requirements, and factory rules. Requirements: Practical experience: in facility administration, vendor coordination, staff welfare, documentation, and general office management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Good knowledge of administrative procedures and workplace practices. Experience: supporting factory operations and working with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, HSE, and HR teams is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. High level of integrity, diligence, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline. 3–5 years' experience: in administration, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment. Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Ability to demonstrate professionalism and appropriate discretion when handling Company information.
