Collaborate with cardiologists, anaesthetists, perfusionists, ICU teams, and other specialists. Develop cardiac surgical protocols and clinical pathways. Participate in clinical audits, research, teaching, and quality improvement. Requirements: Fellowship in Cardiac / Cardiothoracic Surgery or equivalent recognized qualification. Proven independent experience: in CABG and valve surgery. Current specialist registration and eligibility to practise in Nigeria. MBBS / MD or equivalent medical degree.
