This role is vital in ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable restaurant operations. The Assistant Manager will help oversee staff performance, customer satisfaction, inventory, and compliance with operational standards. Responsibilities: Support sales goals through upselling and promotions. Stand in for the Outlet Manager when needed. Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards. Assist the Outlet Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly. Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and attendance management. Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets. Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized dining and kitchen environment. Generate and submit reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance. Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
