Key Responsibilities: Support inventory and stock documentation processes. Communicate with healthcare providers or patients when clarification is needed. Ensure proper documentation and filing of pharmacy records. Review prescriptions for completeness and data accuracy. Process medication orders and insurance information where applicable. Maintain and update patient records while ensuring confidentiality. Adhere to pharmacy regulations, policies, and data privacy standards. Assist pharmacists with administrative and operational tasks. Accurately input prescription and patient information into the pharmacy system. Requirements: The requirements: will be strictly followed: Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc qualification in a related field. Previous experience: in pharmacy data entry or a similar administrative role. High attention to detail and accuracy. Must reside in Asaba, Sapele, Uwani or Ibadan. Certification or training as a Pharmacy Technician is a MUST with PCN. Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is an added advantage. Strong typing and computer skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
