We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and digitally savvy ICT Officer to join our team in Abuja. Job Responsibilities: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, printers, and other office equipment. Provide technical support to staff and resolve day-to-day ICT-related issues. Assist in creating, monitoring, and managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram). Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports on leads, reach, engagement, and conversions. Assist in implementing cybersecurity and data protection practices. Assist in troubleshooting digital platforms, advertising accounts, and related technical issues. Support the company’s digital marketing activities and online presence. Manage and maintain the company’s computer systems, network, and internet connectivity. Provide technical support for online meetings, presentations, and digital operations. Keep an updated inventory of ICT equipment and company devices. Recommend technology and digital solutions that can improve business operations and marketing performance. Maintain proper backups and ensure the security of company data. Manage company email accounts, digital platforms, and user access. Requirements: Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to set up, run, monitor, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
