Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures. Implement and maintain company policies, operational standards, and security procedures. Monitor store performance and ensure operational excellence. Drive sales performance by achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue. Requirements: Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. Proven years of experience: in retail management, preferably in the fashion, apparel, footwear, or lifestyle industry. Proven experience: leading a retail team and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
