We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Coporate Responsibility and Sustainanility Manager Location: Apapa, Lagos Purpose To support in driving sustainable development initiatives, as well as collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting sustainability/ESG data to support the organization’s sustainability strategy, compliance requirements, and performance improvement initiatives. The Job Responsible for identifying, driving, and coordinating sustainable development initiatives and social investment projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Coordinates and manages FMN’s United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) membership, supporting the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into business operations and ensuring compliance with annual Communication on Progress (CoP) reporting requirements. Calculate and track sustainability KPIs, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions using approved methodologies. Support sustainability reporting and disclosures and maintain a clear audit trail for data sources and calculations. Support in developing and maintaining dashboards and periodic performance reports; analyze trends, identify gaps, and recommend improvement actions. Collect, validate, and maintain sustainability data from internal stakeholders and systems. Qualifications HND/B.Sc. Degree in Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Data/Business Analytics or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., GHG accounting/carbon management, ESG reporting, ISO lead auditor) are an added advantage. Experiences: Familiarity with sustainability reporting or management systems (e.g., GRI, SASB/ISSB, TCFD, CDP, ISO 14001) is an added advantage. Five years' experience: in a similar role. The Person Must: Highly motivated, adaptable, and flexible Proficiency in data acquisition, analysis, reporting, and presentation Proficiency in MS Office and CAD/CAM Design applications.
