Read more about this company IT Support Officer Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 2 - 3 years Location Lagos Job Field ICT / Computer Job Summary We are looking an IT Officer who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the firm’s IT systems (hardware maintenance, network connectivity, and software support). This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on expertise in hardware troubleshooting and a solid understanding of enterprise applications within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Diagnose and resolve hardware faults and system malfunctions promptly; provide technical assistance to staff across all departments. Perform routine checks on all IT equipment and coordinate repairs/replacements with approved vendors. Provide support for LAN/WAN connectivity and troubleshoot issues related to routers, switches, and access points. Assist in monitoring network security, ensure adherence to IT security policies, and support data backup/disaster recovery processes. Assist the Head of IT in monitoring system performance and escalating complex software issues when necessary.
