Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop detailed execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Lead kick-off meetings to align stakeholders. Define scope, deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Project Execution: Monitor progress against baseline plans and implement corrective actions. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and logistics. Cost & Budget Management: Prepare budgets and forecasts. Drive cost-control initiatives to maintain profitability. Track expenditures and manage cost variations. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and vendors. Provide regular progress reports and dashboards. Resolve conflicts and maintain strong client relationships . Risk & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines and permit-to-work systems. Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans. Oversee quality assurance, inspections, and compliance with regulations. Team Leadership: Promote a safety-first culture and stop unsafe work when necessary. Supervise engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams. Lead coordination meetings and mentor staff.
