We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: HR Consultant / Team Lead Location: Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are currently seeking for an HR Consultant / Team Lead who will lead the firm's HR consulting practice, providing strategic and operational human resource solutions to clients across various industries. The role involves managing client engagements, supervising the HR consulting team, developing HR frameworks, and ensuring the successful delivery of HR projects while supporting business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: HR Consulting: Design organizational structures, job descriptions, competency frameworks, and career progression plans. Design compensation and benefits: structures, salary benchmarking, and grading systems. Develop succession planning and talent management strategies. Facilitate onboarding and employee orientation programmes for clients. Lead and manage HR consulting projects from initiation to completion. Advise clients on Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance requirements. Support clients with recruitment and talent acquisition assignments. Provide advisory services on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR best practices. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Conduct HR audits, organizational assessments, and workforce diagnostics. Develop performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal frameworks. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor HR Associates. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Review reports, policies, presentations, and client deliverables before submission. Coach team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Allocate projects and monitor team performance. Business Development: Participate in client presentations, pitches, and business meetings. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
