We are seeking a highly detailed and vigilant *Quality Assurance Officer* to oversee, monitor, and audit all company assets without exception. The ideal candidate will establish rigorous monitoring protocols to prevent loss, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure all physical, digital, and financial assets are tracked and maintained to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Strict Asset Tracking: Conduct comprehensive, continuous audits of all company assets (equipment, inventory, facilities, vehicle fleets, and digital resources). Process Enforcement: Implement and enforce strict Quality Assurance (QA) standards, operating procedures, and inventory controls across all departments. Risk & Loss Prevention: Proactively identify vulnerabilities, leakage, damage, or unauthorized asset usage, providing immediate corrective action plans. Compliance & Monitoring: Monitor asset lifecycles from procurement to disposal, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. Reporting: Prepare detailed, real-time audit reports, risk assessments, and compliance logs for executive management. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience: in quality assurance, asset management, internal audit, or inventory control.
