We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: HR Manager Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Summary The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s human resources functions, ensuring effective workforce management, compliance with employment laws and company policies, employee engagement, talent development, and the implementation of HR strategies that support business objectives. Responsibilities: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers, and exit processes. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, leave, and general workforce compliance. Lead recruitment and selection activities to attract and retain qualified employees. Oversee payroll inputs, compensation, benefits, pensions, HMO, PAYE, NHF, and other statutory HR-related processes. Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, regulations, and company policies. Coordinate training, learning, and development programs based on identified employee and business needs. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals. Experience: Proven experience: managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
