We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Digital Marketer Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate will combine digital marketing activities with physical prospecting, weekly events, networking, and field-storming activities to maximize business opportunities. The Digital Marketer is responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s customer base across its various business units, including Real Estate/Realtor Services, Land and Property Sales, Leasing, Facility Management Services, and Legal Services. The role combines digital marketing, product knowledge, lead generation, sales support, field prospecting, customer engagement, property listing management, portfolio coordination, social media management, content development, flyer coordination, regular digital posting, and marketing campaign execution. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, persuasive, creative, socially active, highly organized, digitally savvy, and passionate about sales, networking, marketing, customer engagement, and closing business in a competitive environment. The role requires the individual to have a strong understanding of the company's service portfolio and work closely with the Manager overseeing each business unit to develop relevant content and communicate the value of each service effectively to prospective and existing clients. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing monthly marketing strategies designed to generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Responsibilities: Digital Marketing, Flyers & Brand Visibility: Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar covering property listings, land sales, leasing opportunities, facility management services, legal services, company activities, promotions, events, and relevant industry content. Maintain consistent posting on WhatsApp Status, including property listings, service offerings, promotional flyers, events, testimonials, and other relevant business content. Manage and coordinate the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and other approved platforms. Coordinate the creation and production of flyers, promotional graphics, videos, adverts, brochures, and other digital marketing materials. Ensure approved flyers and marketing materials are posted regularly and consistently across all approved social media platforms and digital channels. Identify emerging digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve brand awareness and customer acquisition. Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, photographers, and other relevant vendors where required. Monitor the performance of posts, flyers, campaigns, and digital content and recommend improvements based on engagement and lead generation. Develop and execute monthly digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business and revenue objectives. Ensure all flyers and marketing materials accurately represent the company's services, pricing, properties, promotions, events, and brand standards. Ensure there are no prolonged gaps in the company's digital communication and social media activities. Work closely with the Manager overseeing each business unit to develop accurate and relevant marketing content for their respective services. Engage prospective and existing clients digitally through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, email, telephone, and other approved communication channels. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects generated through digital channels. Understand the features, benefits, processes, pricing, and unique selling points of each service. Qualify digital prospects based on their needs and requirements: and direct qualified leads to the appropriate Manager or business unit. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's service portfolio, including Facility Management, Realtor/Real Estate Services, Land and Property Sales, Leasing, and Legal Services. Lead Generation & Field/Event Prospecting: Ensure timely follow-up with leads generated through weekly events and prospecting activities. Capture and document all leads generated from events and field activities. Build relationships with prospective buyers, investors, landlords, landowners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. Visit estates, business districts, corporate offices, events, strategic locations, and other relevant areas for prospecting. Participate actively in weekly events, activations, exhibitions, networking activities, open houses, property inspections, and field-storming activities. Identify potential clients and business opportunities for the company's various business units. Submit same-day reports on field activities, locations visited, leads generated, prospects contacted, and opportunities identified. Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns, social media, online platforms, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and physical prospecting. Sales Support & Revenue Growth: Promote and sell lands, residential properties, commercial properties, leasing opportunities, facility management services, and legal services. Follow up consistently with assigned prospects from initial enquiry through inspection, negotiation, and closure. Schedule and participate in client meetings, property inspections, presentations, viewings, and business development activities. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties or services. Assist with negotiations and transaction processes until successful closure. Support the Business Development Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Maintain an active sales pipeline and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and repeat business. Support the preparation and presentation of proposals, quotations, property information, and other sales materials. Escalate complex client concerns, pricing issues, or transaction matters to the Business Development Manager or relevant Manager. Property Listings & Digital Platforms: Coordinate with the Business Development Manager and relevant teams to obtain updated property inventory. Upload and maintain accurate property and land listings on PropertyPro, Property Centre, and other approved listing platforms. Remove sold, unavailable, or expired listings promptly. Regularly review and refresh listings to improve visibility and engagement. Track enquiries, leads, inspections, and conversions generated from online property platforms. Ensure every listing contains accurate descriptions, pricing, location, property specifications, images, videos, and contact information. Recommend improvements to property descriptions, visuals, pricing presentation, and listing strategies. Monitor competitor listings, pricing, promotions, and digital marketing activities. Portfolio & Inventory Management: Track available, reserved, allocated, sold, leased, and unavailable properties. Ensure digital listings correspond with the company's current inventory. Identify and report discrepancies between internal portfolio records and published listings. Maintain accurate records of the company's property and land portfolio. Prepare weekly portfolio and inventory status reports. Maintain updated records of property prices, locations, specifications, availability, and transaction status. Coordinate with Management and the Business Development Manager regarding newly acquired properties, projects, and changes to existing inventory. Marketing Campaigns & Weekly Events: Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, open houses, webinars, roadshows, exhibitions, activations, networking events, and other marketing initiatives. Ensure adequate flyers, marketing materials, promotional resources, and service information are available for each event. Evaluate campaign and event performance based on reach, engagement, leads, inspections, conversions, and revenue generated. Develop monthly marketing plans for lands, properties, rentals, facility management services, and legal services. Support the organization and execution of weekly business development and marketing events. Recommend adjustments to campaigns and events based on performance data. Coordinate pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing activities. Capture leads generated from events and ensure timely follow-up. Social Media, Flyer Posting & Content Management: Ensure content is posted according to the approved weekly/monthly content calendar. Track which posts, flyers, platforms, and campaigns generate the highest engagement and leads. Maintain a consistent and active posting schedule across all approved social media platforms. Coordinate the timely posting of property listings, land offers, facility management services, legal services, leasing opportunities, company updates, client testimonials, educational content, and promotional campaigns. Ensure all flyers are posted with appropriate captions, service information, calls-to-action, contact details, hashtags, and relevant links where applicable. Monitor comments, direct messages, enquiries, and responses generated from posts and flyers. Respond promptly to digital enquiries and ensure qualified leads are captured and transferred to the appropriate Manager or business unit. Repurpose approved marketing materials across relevant platforms to maximize visibility and reach. Post approved flyers and marketing creatives regularly across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp Status, and other approved channels. Ensure the company's digital platforms remain active, professional, current, and aligned with the approved brand image. Recommend new content ideas and promotional approaches to improve online visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Prepare regular reports on posting activities, engagement, enquiries, leads generated, and conversions. Customer Relationship Management: Encourage referrals, repeat business, and long-term client relationships. Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Deliver professional and responsive customer service throughout the customer journey. Handle customer objections professionally and escalate unresolved issues appropriately. Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM/database.
