Key Responsibilities: Comply with company quality and hygiene standards for dairy products and materials. Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality. Prepare and issue store requisitions as approved by relevant authorities. Enforce safety, cleanliness, and security in the store area. Properly arrange and store materials in designated storage areas. Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all stored items. Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low inventory or potential shortages. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile variances. Maintain up-to-date inventory records using manual and/or automated systems. Qualifications & Requirements: Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management principles. Minimum of an OND in Store Management, Business Administration, or related field. Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills. 3-5 years experience: in storekeeping, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
