Finance & Compliance Coordinator Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience: 2 - 3 years Location Yobe Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit Key Responsibilities: Coordinate financial operations and compliance systems Monitor budgets, expenditures and financial reports Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts Ensure compliance with donor and statutory requirements: Coordinate internal, external and donor audits Supervise Finance and Procurement/Logistics staff Support proposal budgeting and donor financial reporting Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration 2–3 years’ experience: in a similar role within an NGO or similar organization Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 Understanding of donor regulations such as UN agencies, USAID, EU, and FCDO is desirable Strong financial analysis, reporting, internal control and risk management skills Knowledge of Nigerian statutory deductions and NGO reporting procedures Fluency in English, Hausa, or other local languages.
