We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Knowledge Management Officer (Consultant) Location: Kaduna Employment Type: Contract Reports to: Program Manager Position Summary The Family Planning Investment component of the Faith and Cultural Champions (FCC) Project advances voluntary family planning outcomes in Kaduna and Kano states by leveraging trusted faith leaders and cultural institutions. The Knowledge Management Officer will ensure effective documentation, dissemination, and learning from FCC FP activities and outcomes. The initiative is designed to bridge the gap between social norms and health-seeking behaviors to create a supportive environment for the uptake of modern family planning methods. Responsibilities: Monthly knowledge briefs and learning digests. Coordination of internal learning events and dissemination. Documentation of success stories, lessons learned, and innovations. Management of communication materials and visibility tools. FCC Family Planning knowledge repository (digital and print). Project Implementation & Monitoring: Support RMEL data management systems that link knowledge to evidence. Coordinate the development of Newsletters, briefs, blogs and knowledge products for wider dissemination. Technical Support & Coordination Support quarterly and annual reporting processes. Coordinate with RMEL Officer on data visualization and publications. Capture and curate knowledge products, success stories, and innovations. Work with program teams to package evidence for advocacy and learning. Management & Administration: Organize learning sessions and ensure accessibility of knowledge resources. Design and maintain digital and physical knowledge repositories. Qualification Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Documentation and report writing skills Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in information management, Communication, or Social Sciences. Management and coordination skills Minimum 5 years’ experience: in knowledge management or documentation. Competencies: Proficiency in digital tools for knowledge sharing. Excellent writing, editing, and data presentation skills. Fluency in the Hausa language is an added advantage.
