Maintain accurate employee, compensation, benefits, and HRIS records. Coordinate payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and remittances. Coordinate training programmes and track attendance, completion, and effectiveness. Support training needs analysis and employee development initiatives. Support onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and other HR projects. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision making. Ensure HR records and documentation are confidential, accurate, and audit-ready EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, social sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience: COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems. Knowledge of payroll processes, compensation, and statutory regulations. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
