This is a senior leadership role requiring an individual who can effectively manage complex technology environments, lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and deliver high-impact technology solutions under demanding timelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience: implementing and managing Oracle ERP solutions. Key Performance Areas Provide executive-level reporting on project health, technology risks, budgets, and strategic initiatives. Lead incident management and critical production support during high-pressure business situations. Manage vendors, implementation partners, system integrators, and technology contracts. Establish technology governance, architecture standards, security controls, and best practices. Drive end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle ERP solutions across Finance, Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems. Manage enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and large-scale technology programs. Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing functions. Lead multiple cross-functional technology teams, project managers, business analysts, developers, infrastructure, and support teams. Develop and mentor high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Oversee ERP implementation lifecycle including business requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, change management, and post-go-live support.
