Key Responsibilities: Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement. Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth. Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality. Prepare branch reports and ensure operational compliance. Supervise and coach Loan Officers. Requirements: Strong business development and people management skills. HND or B.Sc. in any discipline. Experience: in financial services is an added advantage. Must be highly motivated and genuinely willing to work. Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
