The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full snail production cycle, including breeding, hatchery operations, nursery management, grow-out production, feeding, environmental management, harvesting, processing, value addition, and production planning. We are seeking an experienced and highly practical Snail Production & Farm Development Officer to establish, manage, and expand the company’s commercial snail production enterprise. Requirements: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of farm profitability. Strong planning, budgeting, record-keeping, and reporting skills. 5–8 years practical commercial snail farming experience. Experience: supervising farm personnel and managing daily farm operations. Knowledge of snail nutrition, environmental management, biosecurity, harvesting, processing, and value addition. Proven experience: establishing and managing snail farms from concept to commercial production. Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agricultural Technology, Zoology, Biology, Farm Management, or related discipline.
