Strong experience: in business process analysis, workflow design and requirements: gathering. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous and changing startup environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering or a related discipline. 3–5 years of relevant Business Analysis experience, preferably within a startup, technology or product-driven organisation. Experience: with UAT, user-centric testing and solution validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights. Strong understanding of Agile/product development methodologies. Proven experience: working with or managing products in FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, EdTech or SaaS is highly desirable. Preferred / Added Advantages: Experience: with AI-powered tools and solutions and an understanding of how AI can improve business processes or products. Experience: with data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar tools is an advantage.
