You will shape our brand identity from the ground up. We need someone who can identify the underlying business or customer problem, form a clear point of view, develop the creative direction, and then make the work. The role combines brand strategy with hands-on execution across graphic design, motion design, videography, and editing. The founding part matters. Y ou will create the visual language, systems, and standards that future designers and marketers will build on.
