We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Implementation Engineer Location: Mainland, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Objective (s) Provide technical support to merchants integrating the Payment gateway. Analyze new user/solution requirements: to develop solutions that align with requirements. System integration requirements: and solution analysis for new business initiatives. Oversee the design, planning and implementation of Ecommerce related projects Product backlog management, including documenting user stories and Functional requirements. Technical implementation of new business solution projects to time, cost, scope and quality. Managing the Ecommerce platforms, and Services including 3DS Server (Payment Gateway), EMVCo 3DS (Card authentication), Online marketplace platforms, and Verification (KYC) platforms. Duties & Responsibilities: Offer second-level support for POS application issues and troubleshooting. Supervises operation, implementation, and maintenance of the UPTSA production platform. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability and efficiency. Collaborate with developers and product teams to enhance product quality and user experience. Guide junior staff to help them reach their full potentials on job. Conducts testing and quality assurance for POS systems before deployment. Track system downtimes to maintain 99.9% service availability. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports of Terminal performance through data analysis. Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitors terminal performance, diagnosis, and resolve service issues. Lead end-to-end testing, validation, and deployment of PTSA solutions for merchant integration. Job Requirements: Education: First Degree (s) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Sciences. Experience: Understanding of the key technical concepts in I.T, Electronic Payments and Digital Services. Programming knowledge and experience: is an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years’ experience: in Software development, System Integration or Application Support role.
