The role requires a seasoned investment banking professional with a strong track record in transaction execution, business development, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, corporate clients, investors, and key stakeholders to drive business opportunities Originate and execute financial advisory mandates across the public sector and other strategic sectors, ensuring successful delivery of complex transactions Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and oversight to transaction teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements. Lead transaction execution including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, project finance, privatizations, restructurings, and other advisory engagements Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm's advisory portfolio, revenue base, and market presence Requirements: Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with an established network within the public and corporate sectors.
