Prepare daily truck-out and dispatch reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure all dispatch activities follow operational controls, safety standards, and regulatory requirements: Provide support in the planning and execution of operations as it affects product loading and on time dispatches to retail outlets Maintain accurate stock records, reconcile daily product movements, and align with ERP or depot systems and stock officers. Liaise with 3rd party Throughput Customers to ensure their customer Waybills are issues and reconciled daily Oversee the dispatch of all loaded trucks, ensuring schedules are met and all loaded trucks are dispatched and deliver in a timely manner, meeting customer’s expected delivery time. Issue loading Ticket to trucks due for loading and waybills, and other dispatch documents accurately to loaded trucks.
