The role supports day-to-day operational and commercial activities including order coordination, documentation, inventory monitoring, and customer liaison. Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the operations and commercial teams Coordinate customer orders, quotations, and documentation from inquiry through to delivery Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related commercial documents Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of business transactions Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain stock availability Maintain accurate records of sales, procurement, contracts, and operational activities Assist in preparing reports on sales performance, operational activities, and key business metrics Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and maintaining positive customer relationships Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex matters where necessary Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field 3 - 5 years of experience in operations, commercial administration, or supply chain Experience in FMCG, distribution, or consumer goods is a strong advantage Proficiency in accounting or ERP software (Sage, Peachtree, or QuickBooks) is an added advantage Strong organisational, communication, and analytical skills Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions simultaneously Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Must be based in Lagos and available to work fully on-site Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
