Responsibilities: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and operational downtime Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, spare parts usage, equipment condition, and maintenance costs Lead the inspection, diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of company vehicles, production equipment, and other mechanical systems Supervise mechanics and maintenance personnel, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance activities Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards while recommending cost-effective solutions to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
