The National Partner of Noble Corp in Nigeria is Pacific International Drilling West Africa Limited (PIDWAL). We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Country Manager, Shore Base Location: Nigeria Responsibilities: Assist in or produce feasibility studies/business plans for new business development. Manage offshore drilling operations for all assigned rigs including HSE performance, customer interaction, regulatory compliance, conflict resolution, logistics, manning, technical operations, asset preservation and maintenance and other duties necessary to maintain operations; Maintain and enhance the company's reputation as an industry leader. Develop and improve customer and vendor relationships in the assigned operations area. Requirements: 10+ years of offshore drilling operations or related field. Strong leadership, management experience: holding senior positions in the drilling industry. Other Requirements: Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written. OND (Ordinary National Diploma) is equivalent to a 2-year Associate Degree in the United States, while HND or B.Sc. is equivalent to a 4-year Degree (at least 120 credits / units). Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE), West African Examinations Council (WAEC), or GCE O'Level. Must be a Nigerian resident currently residing in Nigeria.
