We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Nurse Technician Location : Surulere, Lagos Responsibilities: Measure and accurately record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration. Provide basic patient care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Support patient mobility, positioning, and safe transfers, including the use of wheelchairs. Observe patients and promptly report any changes in their condition to the registered nurse. Comply with infection prevention and control procedures and other hospital policies. Perform other duties as may be assigned within the unit. Maintain accurate patient care records and documentation. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adequate supplies in patient-care areas. Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of 1-year relevant experience: in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous. Patience and empathy when dealing with sick or elderly patients. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a healthcare team. Possess a recognized Nursing Technician, Nursing Assistant, or Health Assistant certificate from an accredited institution. Basic knowledge of patient care, medical terminology, and infection prevention and control. Must reside in Lagos.
