The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, payroll administration, policy implementation, compliance, and staff engagement. We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and drive initiatives that support the organziation's growth and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures,and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Advise management on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development. Prepare periodic HR reports and provide strategic HR insights to management. Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, leave management, and HR records. Manage employee relation by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Coordinate performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development plans. Foster a positive workplace culture while promoting professionalism and accountability, and high performance. Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction process for new employees. Requirements: High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Previous HR experience: in a bank, mircofinance bank, or other financial institution will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint and HR Information System (HRIS) Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Profession certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or any related HR certification is an added advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR experience, with at least (2) years in a managerial role.
