We are seeking an exceptional Lead Consultant to drive the delivery of high-impact advisory engagements across strategy, organizational transformation, talent, governance and business performance. Beyond delivering client engagements, the Lead Consultant will play a critical leadership role within Bridgemead Advisory by developing consultants, strengthening delivery capability, contributing to business development and helping shape the firm's intellectual capital. This is not a traditional consulting role. We are looking for someone who has successfully led strategy and transformation initiatives from within organizations, not just advised on them. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with practical execution, helping clients move from ideas to measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Client Advisory & Project Delivery: Provide trusted advisory support to CEOs, Managing Directors, Executive Committees and Boards. Ensure projects deliver measurable business value within agreed timelines and budgets. Lead complex consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation. Work closely with executive teams to identify strategic priorities and develop practical, implementable solutions. Translate business challenges into actionable strategies, operating models and execution roadmaps. Drive organization design, business transformation, workforce strategy, governance and performance improvement initiatives. Strategy Implementation: Support clients beyond strategy development by leading implementation and change management efforts. Lead enterprise transformation programes involving people, processes and organizational capability. Design governance structures, operating rhythms and accountability mechanisms that ensure successful execution. Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and recommend corrective actions. Business Development & Practice Growth: Contribute to thought leadership, market insights and service innovation. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Support the firm's growth strategy by developing new service offerings and market opportunities. Represent Bridgemead Advisory at client meetings, conferences and industry engagements. Lead proposal development, solution design and client presentations. Leadership & Team Development: Build high-performing multidisciplinary teams capable of delivering complex client engagements. Lead and mentor consultants and analysts. Allocate project resources effectively and ensure quality across engagements. Provide coaching, performance feedback and professional development support. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability and continuous learning. Quality Assurance: Ensure all client work reflects Bridgemead Advisory's commitment to excellence and measurable impact. Review consulting deliverables to ensure analytical rigour, practicality and quality. Establish and maintain consulting methodologies, frameworks and delivery standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Strong project and programe management experience. Proven track record of implementing business strategies that delivered measurable organizational outcomes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Significant hands-on leadership experience: within industry, consulting or a combination of both. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, Social Sciences or a related discipline. A master's degree or MBA is an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience: engaging senior executives and boards. Demonstrated experience: leading strategy execution, transformation or organizational improvement initiatives. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive professional experience. Experience: managing cross-functional teams and leading organizational change. Strong commercial and business acumen.
