Drive loan portfolio growth and savings mobilization. Ensure achievement of branch business and profitability targets. Supervise, coach, and monitor branch staff performance. Ensure timely loan disbursement, repayment, and recovery Monitor Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and implement strategies to reduce loan defaults. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct branch meetings and performance reviews. Prepare and submit periodic operational and performance reports. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC requirements. Safeguard company assets and maintain effective internal controls.
