The Nigerian operation was established as the group's first overseas manufacturing facility. The company manufactures and formulates crop protection chemicals, including pesticides and related agricultural products for the Nigerian and wider African markets. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: ERP Clerk (Warehouse) Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate will work closely with the Warehouse, Inventory, Procurement, Production, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure that all stock movements and warehouse transactions are properly documented and accurately reflected in the ERP system. We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-literate ERP Clerk to support warehouse operations by accurately recording, updating, and monitoring inventory and material transactions through the company's ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Record the receipt, issuance, transfer, return, and dispatch of materials and products. Enter and update all warehouse-related transactions accurately in the ERP system. Compare physical stock with ERP records and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Coordinate with Procurement and Finance regarding purchase orders, receipts, and inventory documentation. Ensure that physical stock movements are properly captured in the ERP system. Prepare inventory and warehouse reports from the ERP system when required. Monitor pending warehouse transactions and follow up with relevant departments where necessary. Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation. Maintain proper filing and organisation of warehouse documents and records. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in monitoring stock levels and identifying discrepancies. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company inventory and operational data. Track incoming and outgoing materials and maintain proper documentation. Perform other ERP and warehouse administrative duties assigned by management. Support periodic stock counts and ensure count results are properly recorded in the ERP system. Verify supporting documents before entering transactions into the ERP system. Create and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes, Stock Transfer Notes, and other relevant warehouse documents. Requirements: Good understanding of warehouse and inventory processes. Previous experience: working in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be willing and ready to work within the Freezone Axis, Lagos. Strong numerical and data-entry skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to identify and report stock discrepancies. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic data management and reporting. Practical experience: using an ERP system is required; experience: with inventory or warehouse modules is an added advantage. Good organisational and record-keeping skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience: in ERP data entry, warehouse administration, inventory control, or a similar role.
