We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead the positioning, adoption and growth of SMARTMRS (EMR), while overseeing product implementation, support, stakeholder engagement and team execution. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product, Tech and Clinical teams on product improvements. Build relationships with healthcare providers, executives, regulators and partners. Lead product demos, negotiate with prospects and close deals. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards. Drive SMARTMRS adoption across healthcare facilities. Monitor user adoption and drive continuous engagement and system improvement. Lead the team to ensure sustained SMARTMRS adoption. Oversee successful and timely SMARTMRS deployments. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business/Healthcare Management or related field. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of EMR systems and healthcare workflows. 3–5 years’ experience: in HealthTech, Digital Health or Product Management. Experience: in strategic planning, product management and business analysis. Master’s Degree/MBA is an added advantage.
