Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, and captions). Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages. Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns. Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas. Collaborate with the team to promote offers, services, and campaigns. Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager Minimum of 2 years preferred Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and content. Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other major platforms. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools. Basic photography and videography skills are an added advantage. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Ability to create high-quality, engaging content independently.
