Key Responsibilities: Establish and monitor clinical and operational standards. Oversee the delivery and quality of medical services to members. Ensure medical operations comply with applicable regulatory, professional, and organizational standards. Provide clinical guidance on complex medical cases and operational issues. Drive continuous improvement in clinical quality and member outcomes. Lead, coach, and develop the medical operations team. Lead medical utilization management and clinical oversight activities.
