We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Location: Illupeju, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines. Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure new hires are adequately prepared for resumption. Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements: and candidate profiles. Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, employee referrals, talent databases, professional networks, and other channels. Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability. Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with hiring managers. Manage the offer process and communicate employment offers to successful candidates. Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate availability, sourcing strategies, and recruitment timelines. Ensure recruitment activities are properly documented and aligned with approved HR processes. Ensure all approved vacancies are properly monitored from requisition to closure. Follow up with hiring managers for timely interview feedback and recruitment decisions. Build and maintain talent pools for critical, specialised, and recurring positions. Coordinate pre-employment documentation for successful candidates. Ensure recruitment documentation is complete before onboarding. Develop and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies. Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to employment. Review approved manpower requisitions and confirm recruitment requirements: with hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers and candidate records. Prepare interview documentation and recruitment recommendations. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: 3 - 5 years of relevant recruitment/talent acquisition experience. Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD is an added advantage. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Experience: recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including technical, commercial, professional, and managerial positions.
