We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Operations Manager Job Locations: Delta, Lagos and Rivers Job Summary Direct day-to-day project operations, ensuring work scope is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while coordinating logistics, personnel, and site activities. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise field/site operations. Ensure HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance across all operations. Manage project schedules, resources, and third-party contractors. Resolve operational issues and escalate risks appropriately. Coordinate with technical, finance, and client teams for smooth execution. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience: in oil & gas operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong knowledge of HSE standards (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001). Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary field teams. Excellent crisis management and decision-making skills.
