We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Insurance Desk Officer Location: Wasinmi, Ewekoro - Ogun Employment Type: Full-time Summary The Insurance Desk Officer is responsible for managing the company’s insurance activities, including policy administration, renewals, claims processing, documentation, and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Monitor outstanding claims and provide regular updates to management. Maintain records of all insurance policies and ensure timely renewals. Maintain accurate and confidential insurance records. Identify gaps in insurance coverage and escalate concerns. Manage and follow up on accident, theft, damage, and third-party insurance claims. Coordinate insurance coverage for trucks, trailers, vehicles, employees, and other company assets. Ensure timely submission of required claim documentation. Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, assessors, workshops, police, and other stakeholders. Prepare insurance and claims reports for management. Ensure compliance with insurance and statutory requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree / HND in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields 3–5 years' relevant experience. CIIN certification is an added advantage. Experience: in motor/fleet insurance and claims management is an advantage.
