The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting our products, driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and building strong relationships with customers across assigned outlets. Key Responsibilities: Gather customer feedback and provide market intelligence to Management. Promote and sell the company's products to customers. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times. Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised in assigned outlets. Register and visit assigned outlets using the company's Sales Force Automation (SFA) application. Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits. Submit accurate daily sales and activity reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and outlet managers. Monitor stock levels and promptly report stock shortages or product-related issues. Requirements: Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and digital reporting tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be honest, reliable, self-motivated, and customer-oriented. Minimum qualification: SSCE or OND. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Previous experience: in sales, merchandising, or brand promotion is an added advantage.
