To serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Information Technology, driving execution of the Technology strategy, executive governance, performance management, and stakeholder alignment. The role ensures that leadership decisions translate into measurable client, business, financial, and risk outcomes. To provide support to the Head, Information Technology, responsible for: Responsible for IT Board and EXCO submissions. Collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders as well as Stanbic IBTC business partners and Standard Bank (“SBG”) matrices. Build strong relationships across Stanbic IBTC businesses, corporate functions and Standard Bank Group. Management of ad-hoc and strategic meetings. Translate Technology priorities into clear plans, milestones, owners and measurable outcomes. Coordinate Technology leadership, EXCO and Board governance activities. Financial management and MIS reporting in conjunction with the Technology Business Control. Committee secretarial duties. Track strategic initiatives, dependencies, risks and benefits. Coordinate cross-functional priorities and resolve issues affecting delivery. Prepare concise, high-quality Board papers, presentations and executive briefings. Qualifications Professional certification such as ITIL or PMP can be an added advantage. BSc Degree in IT and Computer Science, Business Management, Economics/English Communications, or a related field. Strong executive reporting, analytical, and stakeholder-management capability. Experience: in banking, financial services, technology, or another regulated environment is preferred. 4 years of relevant experience: in strategy interpretation, business management, finance, and executive office management.
