The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) blow molding/injection machines to ensure efficient and quality production of PET bottles/preforms. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PET Machine Operator to join our production team in Festac, Lagos. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor PET blow molding/injection machines according to production schedules Monitor production output to identify defects, inconsistencies, or malfunctions and take corrective action Load raw materials (PET resin/preforms) and ensure correct machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle time) Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at all times. Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications before packaging Perform routine machine checks, minor troubleshooting, and basic maintenance Record production data, downtime, and machine performance on shift reports Requirements: Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. 1–3 years' hands-on experience: operating PET blow molding, injection, or stretch blow molding machines Good understanding of PET production processes and machine parameters Ability to read and interpret production schedules and technical instructions Minimum of SSCE/OND in a technical field (Mechanical, Production, or related discipline is an advantage) Salary Range N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
