The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional activities, monitor workflow, and help maintain high service standards across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes. Monitor warehouse and distribution operations to ensure timely order fulfillment. Track operational performance and prepare regular reports for management. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, inventory, finance, and customer service teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards. Monitor inventory movement and resolve operational issues promptly. Assist in planning and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency. Maintain accurate operational records and documentation. Support vendor and customer coordination where necessary. Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions. Ensure efficient use of company resources to minimize operational costs. Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience: in operations, logistics, warehousing, or distribution. Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience: using ERP or warehouse management systems is an added advantage. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
