Provide advanced hands-on support for BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS, VPN, DMVPN, SDN, QoS, VRRP/HSRP, VoIP and related technologies. Troubleshoot network failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues. Configure and manage VLANs, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel, trunking, port security, IPSec and GRE tunnelling. Support IP/MPLS service implementation, testing, deployment, and handover. Perform proactive and corrective network maintenance. Design routing topologies for Core, Access, Metro and Edge networks. Develop automation tools to improve network operations. Support cloud, security, SD-WAN, IoT, Big Data and other digital transformation initiatives. Provide technical support to other teams when required. Participate in on-call support and travel when necessary.
