The role is responsible for driving execution of key organizational priorities, ensuring effective communication across departments, and maximizing the Chairman’s effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary advisor and liaison to the Chairman on strategic and operational matters Coordinate, track, and drive the execution of executive-level projects and decisions across all departments Prepare high-level briefs, reports, and presentations for the Chairman and Board Manage cross-functional initiatives across departments. Manage the Chairman’s schedule, priorities, and stakeholder engagements Ensure timely communication and alignment of executive decisions across the organization Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Qualifications: Relevant degree to the position. MBA is an advantage Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a senior management, strategy, or chief of staff roles. Prior experience in aviation, or a large multi-functional organization is an advantage Experience supporting Board-level executives or C-suite leadership.
